Lansing is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lansing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Very clean hotel, nice helpful staff. However, there is no excuse for the pool being out of order. Keep up on the maintenance and levels every day. The only reason we stayed there is because we had a team of kids and wanted to stay somewhere with a pool. Also, they wanted 12 dollars for a continental breakfast. I passed. What happened to breakfast being included?

I can't review front desk service because I use digital check-in when possible. A little disappointed not being offered a top floor as a long standing Diamond member and having top floor preferences saved in my profile. Breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed a cocktail at the bar in the evening. Rooms were quiet and clean. The a/c in room a little noisy, but in the middle of a heatwave it was welcoming as long as it was producing cold air. The only concern I have is the towels and washcloths. They seem very old and are no longer white. They have a dirty look as if they have been used for cleaning. They just don't fit the white fluffy towels and washcloths you except from the Hilton brand.

My stay was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and kind (but also were not overbearing). The infused water was a nice touch. The room layout with well thought out (I genius actually) and I had the best night sleep in my quiet room. Plus the hotel in across the street from the most amazing establishment ever, Horrocks! My stay was perfect.
